Admissions Application The admissions application is required for acceptance into degree/certificate programs. A separate application is needed for each program a student wishes to apply to. Additional admissions requirements may apply. Please click Enroll Now for further details.
Transfer Credit Request In order to receive transfer credit from another institution, students must submit the Transfer Credit Request form and arrange for the BTC admissions office to receive an official, sealed transcript(s) from the transfer institution.
Accuplacer Waiver Request In order to waive the Accuplacer Placement test requirement for BTC certificate/degree programs, students must submit the Accuplacer Waiver Request and arrange for the BTC admissions office to receive an official, sealed transcript(s) or test scores from the transfer institution.
Criminal Disclosure Form The following health programs require a student to complete the criminal background check prior to acceptance: Practical Nursing, Surgery Technology, Dental Assisting, Radiologic Technology, and EMT-Paramedic (EMT-P). Download/Request Catalog The catalog lists all BTC certificate and degree programs and provides detailed information on each program offering. The catalog also provides general information about our college, student life & services information, policies, requirements and records details, course descriptions of program courses, and a listing of college employees.
Download/Request Quarterly Schedule The quarterly schedule is produced every 3 months and lists courses available to the general public. Offerings include both for credit and not for credit classes. Courses may require a prerequisite class prior to entrance and courses must be paid for at the time of registration.
Tuition and Fees The tuition and fees chart lists the current school year’s projected estimate for tuition and fee charges for a standard credit load per program.
Wages and Placement The wages and placement chart provides data on BTC graduates as well as Whatcom county statistics on rates of pay and placement for BTC certificate/degree programs.
Program Book/Supply Costs In addition to tuition students will need to purchase books, materials, supplies & or tools related to their program of study. A listing of *estimated* supplies by program is listed.
